Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must notify us within 14 days from the date of order arrival for processing the refund of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package. Grosse’ will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days from the date of order arrival if the item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pierce earrings or hook earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
No exchange or refunds are permitted for sales goods, promotion items and gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our retail stores cannot be refund.
